• Abuse or misuse the AI generation system.

Avelura reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

AI-Generated Content

Avelura uses artificial intelligence to generate marketing creatives based on the information and images you provide.

While we strive to produce high-quality results, AI-generated content may occasionally contain inaccuracies or unexpected outputs.

Users are responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing or using it commercially.

Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content and images you upload.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you may use the AI-generated creatives produced through Avelura for personal and commercial purposes.

Avelura retains ownership of the platform, software, branding, design, and underlying technology.

Subscription and Payments

Some features of Avelura require a paid subscription.

Payments are securely processed by our payment provider, Flutterwave.

Subscription fees are billed according to the selected plan.

Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or limitation of premium features.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Your access to paid features will remain available until the end of your current billing period unless otherwise stated.

Service Availability

We aim to keep Avelura available at all times.

However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

Maintenance, updates, or technical issues may temporarily affect availability.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Avelura shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform.

Users use Avelura at their own risk.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the platform.

Users may also request deletion of their account by contacting us.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Continued use of Avelura after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
